Plesk Control Panel Service not starting

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has any idea on this issue:

We have a Plesk 7.5 for Windows. It uses Apache for the control panel service.

The control panel service hangs on starting.

I tried running repair, but even that gives error that it can't start the control panel service!
