PLESK control panel service stoped

hi all,
PLESK control panel service stoped, i have tried to restart many times but i m getting error

Error 997 at start service apache2 Overlaped I/O Operations in progress.

have any one know about this problem, i m in gr8 trouble, PLESK control pannel is not running.
