Plesk crashes when we email

Our site uses the following: Windows STandard 2008 (LW server), ASP.net,
dot net frame work, mail enable standard, MSSQL 2008, Database mail etc

When we do a mailing activity using database mail -- plesk crashes and the server becomes non-responsive

We have two main errors that are logged from plesk at this downtime


Error 2/1/2012 2:46:02 AM memailfilter.exe 1 None The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at Unable to connect to pipe \\.\pipe\psamailfilterpipe
at (Con::ClientOverlappedPipe::create line 502)
at Mail filter main(wmain line 20)
Execute file name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\memailfilter.exe

Execute file name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\PleskControlPanel.exe

The details of errors found in Event log is attached herewith for your perusal.

We have installed spam assassin, Clam AV for mails through plesk panel

We would like to have your support on this and help us point in the right direction to resolve the issues.

Plesk version

The plesk version is 10.3 and currently updated to 10.4

The errors have been the same in both

have included error details of 10.4 version in the attached zip of my 1st thread message.

Any updates on this error.

Do you have any suggestions which we can try.

Or will you be able to check our server and support us on this if we were to take up a chat incidence for support.
