Question Plesk Customer login URL

I have a server address lets say ns1.myserver.com and I have a customer added to the plesk panel with a subscription, service plan and domain.

I want to customers to login in using the following:

control.theirdomain.com:8443

In principle this kind of works but when I log in this was with the customer account details I created I am redirected to ns1.myserver.com. I would like this process to be transparent, is there a way to achieve my goal?
