Question Plesk Dashboard ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT on my company network

I have the Plesk dashboard configured on port mydomain.com:8443. It is accessible on any computer or phone not connected to my work network. It used to work on my office computer until it was upgraded to a new computer with Win 10 from Win 7. Now it gives my the error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.

This is a hobby website where I host a few applications, all of which are accessible. Security is not a concern for this server. Is there a way I can configure the Plesk dashboard so that it can be accessed without the port #?
