Plesk Database Woes

Plesk Database Webadmin not enabled

I'm having a bit of an issue. Within plesk panel, the webadmin option is greyed out, and can't for the life of me figure out why. The plesk knowledge base doesn't offer any explanations on how to enable webadmin at all, and I found it difficult to find any information online about it.

Plesk has no difficulty in adding and deleting users and databases, just no webadmin. Mousing over the icon says the feature is not installed. The server we are using has plesk pre-configured, so I'm not sure how to set this up.

Anyone with any insight?

Small Business 10

I am having the same problem. Are you using Small Business 10 or Parallels Plesk Panel 10?
