• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

New Pleskian
Hi,
please help, I have a very ugly problem.
We have a production server with Plesk 11 and Windows Server 2012 Standard, all updates current, hosting 400+ sites, 200 of them in plesk(default)(2.0)(pool).
At random times I find this app pool stopped.
In Event Viewer (Application Log) I have at that time several errors:
1.

I have this error 4-5 times, a few seconds apart.
2. At the same time, in System Log I have a series of warnings:

Please help, things are very urgent...
Thank you,

This may occur, If WAS is not running or errors occur during the startup or shutdown of an application pool. Please find the below link for more information and that may be help you to resolve the issue:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc735271(WS.10).aspx

I think that it is related to corrupted MS updates. So I recommend you to contact the Microsoft support. They will help you more on this to fix the issue.

Which MS Updates are corrupted?
Did Parallels notify Microsoft of this?
Thank you,
Marius

Maybe not properly configured Plesk Control Panel or IIS 8.0.

P.S. I have 1500+ sites, working without these problems.
