Dear,
1- How can I change the default charset of php/mysql, so i can read/write to mysql from php without using the "
$con->set_charset('utf8');" in my php? adn set this as my server defaults setting?
2- When I write an arabic html issue in a fle and upload it to ftp, and visit it from the browser the arabic characters appears as ??????, then I have to go to the file manage of plesk and change that's page encoding then the page open without problems, how to make this default in my vps?
