Plesk Default page returned for Sky Broadband customers only

OMD Websites

New Pleskian
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I have a server running Plesk 12 & CentOS Linux 7 with over 200 websites, all sharing the same IP address. For the majority of visitors to any of the websites they see them just fine but for Sky Broadband customers they get the Plesk default page. Plesk have looked at the configuration and can find no problems. The server does not appear on any blacklists.

Any suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance

OK, after much head scratching we have managed to work out what the problem was. Sky uses IPv6 not IPv4 and it appears that Plesk does not automatically create this when setting up a new Subscription.

Under each of the subscription there is a link to Web Hosting Access. When a new subscription is added it seems to only create the IPv4 address and not the IPv6. This is fine for the majority of ISP’s who only use IPv4 but for those now using IPv6 they could not see the website files. It turns out that the answer is to set both IP addresses here so that the server has options to return the website on request regardless of whether it is IPv4 or IPv6. We have made IPv6 'shared', not sure if this matters or not.

Maybe an upgrade for the next release of Plesk.
