Issue Plesk disaster after last upgrade

I updated plesk to the latest version today but this caused a server crash during the update.
Now plesk don't work!
I've tried the command "plesk repair all" but this command don't Do anything!
How I can repair plesk??

I'm not able to know my key license because the ssh command don't show me it.
I've a key license but plesk for don't accept it. I don't know why
