Plesk DNS Error Creating Physical Hosting

This is wath I get when a user makes a physicla hosting domain.

It is only with one specific user.
Other users don't have that problem.

dnsmng::update() failed: dnsmng failed: Empty error message from utility.

Transfer domain(s) to temp account, delete user, remake user, transfer domain(s) back..

That was the solution for me.
