Resolved Plesk does not rebuild dns zones

ksdmg

New Pleskian
Hello,
I recently upgraded to ubuntu 20.04.3 and followed the upgrade instructions: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...upgrade-procedure-on-Linux-server-with-Plesk-
Actually everything worked pretty good, only the dns now fails to work. I found this troubleshooting article https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...er-cannot-be-accessed-DNSPROBE-FINISHED-ERROR and it at least fixed the resolution itself. But when I add new dns entries they to not get written into the zone. All domains that were existent before the dist upgrade still work.
I tried the plesk repair dns utility, it always tells me everything is okay.
However, when I add a new DNS entry in the UI, it does not get written to /var/named/run-root/var/mydomain.com
When I manually add an entry to the file, it works just fine!
I also tried to delete the /var/named/run-root/var/named.conf file and let plesk rebuild it, but it just copies the named.conf.default file and does not change it at all, even after using the plesk repair dns utility.
Then I thought, it could have something to do with file permissions, so I used the plesk repair fs utility, but no success.

So long story short, plesk does not modify the named.conf and mydomain.com files, so dns zones do not get updated. What can I do to fix this?

Thanks in Advance!

So I just managed to fixed the issue...
Somehow the plesk dns package was not installed anymore. I just opened the plesk package installer and installed the package again.
