New Pleskian
Hello there.

I successfully created a new customer account and a domain in PLESK.
The domain can be viewed by any browser. And I can access the PLESK-Panel for the newly created user.

However: neither the client nor the domain is shown in the "Subscriptions" (German: Abonnements) menue.
I cannot change or access it, except by using the clients own username and password. It's like it doesn't exist. But it still works. WEIRD!

That was fine by me until I tried to create another domain for the same client.
Now that new domain cannot even be viewed in the browser. It's like PLESK doesn't update the information for the account.

Is there any way to "refresh" the displayed subscriptions?
How can I tell PLESK to show me alle domains and subscriptions?

Thanks a bunch for your help.
