plesk doesn't update httpd.include file

Help ... everytime I remove a domain from plesk, it doesn't remove it from httpd.include.
When apache eventually restarts on its own .. it crashes because of missing log files etc. that are referenced from httpd.include. I have to manually go in and delete the domain from httpd.include after removing it from plesk.
