Hello,

why my Plesk does not work anymore? I was inactive for a long time and also renewed my subscription again. But still it does not work anymore.

Could you please describe what does not work? If you cannot login, did you try to use the password reset feature? Or do you experience another issue?

Also, I'd recommend checking if there is any free space left since some websites (or their databases) tend to eat up a lot of space when left intact without any limits.

Thank you. Could you please show what is logged in /var/log/plesk/panel.log when you try to login?

Forget my previous post. From your screenshot it shows that Google Authenticator is interacting. In that case you'll need to disable it to login. Please see KB article https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12377107049623 on how to do that. After you successfully logged in you should also uninstall and reinstall that extension.
