Server operating system version
Ubunu 22.04
Plesk version and microupdate number
PLESK Obsidian v18.0.75 (build 1800260102.11).
Hi all,

I'm new here.

After an issue I reinstalled my server from scratch with Ubuntu Os V 22..04.5 LTS
Then i reinstalled PLESK Obsidian v18.0.75 (build 1800260102.11).

Now i have an issue with emailing (sending).
I can receive emails but noithing is going out.

I noticed that the Plesk Email Security is corrupted as you can see here :

When i check the full hostname, it seems correct :

Plus all my emails are waiting in a queue and not delivered :

For information i have bought the Plesk Email Security to be in the safe side, but nothing changed.

Somebody have already this problem or found a solution ?

Hi Kaspar,
I tried what you ask me but it is too hard form me.

For the moment , I solved half way as i save the full hostname with another random one and then resave it with the correct one and then Plek Security Email work again (tips mentionned on a post somewhere here).

But all the outgoing emails are not received to an external email server (like @Gmail,.com...)

I mean i still have emails deferred!!

The check reports that the SPF/DKIM/DMARC records are not configured. If you have recently added the records, the results might be outdated, please use the refresh button at the right to run a new check.

Is this meaning that the SPF, DKIM, DMARC are not configured and i cannot send emails?

Not entirely. If SPF, DKIM and DMARC aren't configured for your domains, you should still be able to send email. However many providers (like Gmail) will reject your emails, because they require SPF, DKIM and DMARC to be configured. So it's highly recommended to configure those for your domain(s).

In the screenshot of earlier post it shows that messages are being deferred with the 4.4.1 status code. Which means the mail server is unable to connect to the recipient mail server. Usually because of a (firewall) blocked port. Are new messages still being deferred with the same status code?
