Question Plesk Email Security Pro Extension quarantine tab not showing

I installed and subscribed to Plesk Email Security Pro. It is processing emails and finding spam. However, The quarantine tab doesn't show on the dashboard.

What do you mean by "the quarantine tab doesn't show on the dashboard"?

The tab for quarantine is missing from the dashboard menu. There is no way to access and view
the quarantined emails as referenced in the documentation.

I found the issue. I hadn't installed the Clam AV anti-virus. When installed, the quarantine tab displays.
