Issue Plesk Email Security Pro Not Functioning Correctly

We have the latest Plesk installed and up to date on Ubuntu Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS.

We also have Plesk Email Security Pro installed and licensed correctly.

Mail is working however we seem to have some issues with SPAM filtering/learning.

Supposedly, SA is meant to remove SPAM emails after 30 days from the user's SPAM mailbox. This is not happening.

Also, we move SPAM messages to the SPAM mailbox from the Inbox when we notice SPAM but it does not seem to be learning - we continue to get similar/same SPAM messages in the Inbox even after moving them to SPAM.

SA is definitely learning it seems

Any help, advice, or commands we can use to check everything is functioning correctly will be greatly appreciated.

Also, any guidance as to why SPAM messages are not being removed from the user's SPAM folder after 30 days is greatly appreciated.
