  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello seniors.
The problem i am facing is, Actually when we attach our own plesk Server Domain Email, then we didn't recevied emails but if we attach other hosting Domain Email then it is working fine.

For example our domain name is which is hosted at Plesk: [email protected] we will not recvie emails
but when we attach other hosting domain email: [email protected] then we recive email which is sent from Contact form 7

kindly advice, what can be problem.

Hi @sheeda, could could you please rephrase the question? It is unclear what "attach" means in your context. It is also unclear why an "other" domain is the same xyz.com as the domain mentioned in both examples given. What is "other" for you?
