Hello everyone!

I am writing because I have a problem with my Plesk server on Ubuntu, every time I log in I see an error message saying "The task with ID 9 was not found."

I have looked in the Logs and this is the information it gives me, but I can't find a solution to remove it.

Thank you very much for your support!

Hi Peter!

This message appears as soon as you access plesk, in the Home page.

I have tried rebooting, stopping backups, I have also checked for longtask but nothing, it is empty.

It seems as if some task in the cron of the backups was wrongly configured.

Thank you for your answer.

Cron is not so likely, because that would not run event based, but at a certain time. It would also show as a process in Linux in some way. What about events in the "Event Manager" like "Plesk User Logged In"? Are there any?

Hi Peter!

Anything its empty. I think I will make a fresh installation of Plesk again and restore the backup.

Please open a ticket with Plesk support so that the issue can be investigated on your server.
