Plesk error

Hi,

We are suddenly getting this error when we try to load Plesk:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function iskeyprop() in C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\auto_prepend\auth.php3 on line 41

Can anyone offer any help to fix this please.

Hi,

It means that one of the Plesk php module in C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib folder is from another version or absent.

Compare common_func.php3 file with another Plesk 8.6 installation.

Also you can replace entire plib folder (rename original folder and copy another one).

You can run plesk reconfigurator to fix this , before that just try starting all services from plesk monitor tray
