Resolved Plesk extensions not working

it ddidnt work, I can no longer search DNSSEC in Plesk Extension. And both database process list and process list can no longer be openned. I think I need Plesk support to SSH to the server. Will reinstall plesk solve this problem without affecting the current domain and mysql database?

Re-installation on a production server is not recommended. What you can try is the repair utility:

plesk repair installation

OR

plesk repair all

If you got your license from a reseller, you can raise the inquiry with them and they can forward it to our team for further investigation over SSH access to the server. If the reseller is unwilling to cooperate, here is an alternative to get support directly from Plesk:

I have tried both command given, it didnt solve the problem. As for the Plesk Reseller, he replied that the problem should be checked by Plesk itself. It is not related to the license system. Meaning that I have to contact Plesk directly.
