Resolved Plesk extensions not working

it ddidnt work, I can no longer search DNSSEC in Plesk Extension. And both database process list and process list can no longer be openned. I think I need Plesk support to SSH to the server. Will reinstall plesk solve this problem without affecting the current domain and mysql database?

Re-installation on a production server is not recommended. What you can try is the repair utility:

plesk repair installation

OR

plesk repair all

If you got your license from a reseller, you can raise the inquiry with them and they can forward it to our team for further investigation over SSH access to the server. If the reseller is unwilling to cooperate, here is an alternative to get support directly from Plesk:

I have tried both command given, it didnt solve the problem. As for the Plesk Reseller, he replied that the problem should be checked by Plesk itself. It is not related to the license system. Meaning that I have to contact Plesk directly.

Thank you for the update, @kenthan . There is no known issue with similar symptoms. For what is worth, I also cannot replicate the issue on a test environment, which suggests it is very likely something related to the local server environment. The best next option is to consider getting in touch directly with Plesk support for further investigation over direct access.

By the way, is it worth disable all the extension and then only enable extention SSL for testing? How to disable all extension in one SSH command?

I tried to uninstall all the extension in Add & Remove compenonts and re install extension again. There is error prompt as below

After removed all the extensions, I tried to install Let's Encrypt and DNSSec. But cannot install DNSSex
