Plesk freeze after install Migration Manager

I am using Plesk 7.6.1 for Windows.

After i'd installed Plesk 7.6 Migration pmm76_build060809.17.msi , my Plesk stops working.

I am able to login at Plesk panel, but only the left panel came up.
The right panel get blank.

I tried do reboot the server and restart the Plesk, but nothing works.

Just after uninstall Plesk 7.6 Migration, everything got working fine.

The problem was locale files.

SWSoft / EV1 support has solved the problem.

1. I've installed Plesk Migration Manager
2. I've added files to %plesk_dir%\admin\plib\locale following files copied them from original en files and renamed to br
conhelp_pmm_br.php
messages_pmm_br.php
