Hi;

Plesk 9.2.1 for Windows installed Windows 2003 server. Test 1 with the aim of my site and I can not transfer files via ftp. Firewall off, I have ftp access, but do not have access homeDirectory. I repeat again, I installed server format and install last 9.2.1 package the results as well. Do you have any idea who?

Hello,

It looks like the following message appears:

Cannot log in, home directory inaccessible

In this case, please, try the following:

a. Repair permissions on home folders of problem domains. It can be done using the Parallels Plesk Control Panel:

Domains > mark problem domain > Click on Check permissions

b. Re-configure FTP configuration using Plesk command line tool ftpmng.exe as follows:

"%plesk_bin%\ftpmng.exe" --remove-vhost --vhost-name=yourdomain.com
"%plesk_bin%\ftpmng.exe" --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=yourdomain.com

Please, check the following articles for more information:

http://kb.odin.com/en/6249

you can get it under %plesk_bin% folder that is -

Drive:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>

where Drive is the drive letter in which you have installed Plesk.
