Plesk full server backup recovery from xml

Please suggest a way to restore the entire server from .xml plesk backup (plesk 11.x) ?

I never did full backup restore (didn't have need to do so), only subscription backup (one domain), but you can try to go on: Home>Tools & Settings> click on xml file, select what you need (i guess everything) and try like that.
