Plesk hang if backup fail

Hi,

My plesk server hangs when the backup process fail.

When the scheduled backup process of some domains fail or incomplete, it cause the plesk server to hang.

I could not find the reasons why the backup fail.

Please advise. Thanks.

I'm using Linux / Plesk 7.5.4 Reloaded
