• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk hangs on domain alias management

I have one domain for which there are about 30 domain aliases. After adding the first 15, I noticed that Plesk was taking slower to add aliases with each additional alias, up to the point that reaching the 22nd alias, Plesk now hangs completely, staying stuck displaying the "Please wait, loading..." message.

After waiting about 10 minutes, I gave up and logged into Plesk anew. The domain alias has been added, but apparently not entirely, as I cannot access it from a web browser. Trying to delete the alias does the same thing - Plesk is stuck in the loading message.

Is this a known issue? I could not find anything relating to this in the forums or help - any kind of help would be greatly apreciated.

We're getting a similar issue

We have 7 domains and now cannot manage any of them.

Every time we enter DNS alias management it hangs saying "Please wait. Loading....."

And never goes anywhere.
