• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk has stopped...trouble restarting

2 days ago PLESK control panel became unavailable. I have been trying to figure out why (I need to get on there!) but to no avail. Any ideas how to get it started back up?

When I login to my server using remote desktop, I click the PLESK icon in the tools tray and the PLESK services monitor pops up. Everything looks fine, except the control panel icon is shown to be stopped. I click on it and press restart, but it doesn't restart.

Any other ideas on how to get it to start? I'm running Windows Server 2003.

Thanks.

I have the same problem, it just times out and gives no error when trying to start it.. Did you manage to find a solution?
