Issue Plesk hosted magento return 504 Gateaway Time-out on customer login.

Hello,

I have been trough this error since a month now, and i can't find a fix.

When customers are trying to login server return 504 gateway time-out. Plesk show this as logs.

I tryed all i could find to fix the issue but couldn't resolve it.

It seems it's a permission issue within the vhost :
  • Plesk repair fs -v show some errors but nothing that affects magento to run properly (admin front is working fine, can login etc...)
  • I tryed manual chown and chroot
  • All site root folder and file is psacln group owned
  • files have 664 rules


Plus : Customers already logged in can purchase and site is working fine in every other parts (shipping, creating new account


If any of you have any help in any form i'll be glad to see it.

i tryed all this stuff, what i can tell is it's not timeout max sec.

I really think it's a fs permision problem. Or something with proxy ports config (7080 and 7081) but i don't know plesk so i don't know where to see this.
