  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Listen, we won’t come to anything. Just to say, I did this according to this link and nothing works for me, at least not constructively. It is impossible to understand the reason, only that something doesn't work.
 
well, what information can I give to arrive at a solution? Any kind of log? My problem is that for some days the SSL certificate for the plesk administration area has not been valid. If I could give you more detailed information I would have given it ... unfortunately I don't know how to investigate further
 
I'd suggest you contact Plesk Support Team. They will check the issue directly on your server and found the reason. Looks like forum discussions are not effective in your case.
