Issue Plesk hostname result not secured

Hi,
for a couple of days plesk is not secured, I tried to regenerate the certificate following this guide ( How to secure a Plesk hostname on port 8443 with an SSL certificate (Let's Encrypt / other certificate authorities)) but nothing changes, what could I do?

Certificate for your Plesk server hostname was issued successfully, you have received a corresponding email message on the specified email?

If you try Let's Debug, what are the results?

I tested it and the result is: No issues were found...

I'd suggest you contact Plesk Support Team. They will check the issue directly on your server and found the reason. Looks like forum discussions are not effective in your case.
