Plesk index handling

    Hello everyone,

    I wanted to know how the Plesk based servers are configure dto handling http and php index files?

    For example which one of index files they are looking first html or php and where do i change these configurations?

    Hi there!

    you can view or change the directory index values right in the main apache config file ../httpd/httpd.conf to change the server wide settings or redefine them to a particular domain using vhost.conf file.

    Here is an example how to use vhost.conf files:


    You need the "DirectoryIndex" directive.
