Plesk Installation and IP migration

Really newbie question

We need to install plesk on server that is on our office at this time and that will be transfer to farm within 3 days.

Plesk license is IP based ?

There is a problem with license or plesk functions if we install plesk on our lan and after transfer to farm lan (will be changed all value as IP, gateway, subnet mask, .. ) ??

Is possible to install plesk as trial and buy when server is ready on webfarm ?

We will buy a license for 100 domains within 1 or 2 week
