Previously I could open the Plesk Installer from Plesk itself, and I could install/update components immediately.
When I open the Plesk Installer now, it's asking me to enter a root password. However, I don't have one, because I'm using key-based authentication for SSH'ing into the root account.
What is the reason for this change? Why could I open the Plesk Installer without a password before, and now not any more? Do I need to set up a password for the root account now, or is there another way to make the Plesk Installer work again like before?
