Plesk Obsidian on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Let's Encrypt certificate on Plesk Panel uses the correct root CA, while plesk update web page at port 8447 still uses the wrong one (expired)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Plesk Panel -> Tools & Settings -> Updates

Root CA expired
