Issue plesk is not updating

The system I use is stated below

Os: Ubuntu Focal Fossa (development branch)

Plesk Obsidian
Ver 18.0.23

The update is not working.

Update information of packages cannot be obtained. gives a fault.

Do you mean downgrade to supported Ubuntu version?
Not sure that it is possible.

I think, reinstallation is the only solution
