plesk is really slow

hello,
i'm using plesk 7.5.6 for windows and in the last few days the web server response really slow. when i ping the server i get a very good response time.

does anyone had this?

1. Please check the box by antivirus program
2. Start windows index service.
3. check mail folders. If there are a lot of files perform purge.
4. check windows event log
5. check CPU utilization
