• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Plesk is sending mail to an incomplete address every 7 second

Hello,
i have sent an email to an incomplete mail address by using Thunderbird (no error accured). My Plesk Obsidian Server added the domain name of my Plesk Server to the incomplete mail address. The Plesk server ist sending that mail every 7-8 seconds to my Proxmox mail gateway. My Proxmox mail gateway is sending the mail back to my Plesk server (cause of the domain ending).

On the first try the mail was sent to the original mail address 'max@testmuster'.
On the second try the mail was sent to the edited mail address '[email protected]'.

And than the loop began and the mail is sent every 7-8 seconds.

1. How can I stop the loop?
2. How can I prevent Plesk server from sending mails to incomplete mail addresses? Because thunderbird is not preventing you from sending mails to incomplete addresses.
