• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk issue with logs

Basic Pleskian
I notice very dangerous bug/issue with Plesk 12.5.

I ran a website that generated tons of php warnings on PHP 7. All of them went straight to error log (local error log for vhost and /var/log/plesk-php70-fpm/error.log - files never rotated and grew to 10GB within few hours.

Why these log files don't rotate? Plesk settings are corerct and supposed to rotate when files reached 100MB

You can create own conf file for rotation this log, like /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/psa-php70 with following content:

/var/log/plesk-php70-fpm/error.log {
missingok
daily
rotate 3
size 10M
compress
nocreate
}
