Resolved Plesk license keeps throw errors

i have build a VMWare image of basic centos 7 server with plesk after basic installation (before entering gui) so i cloud create new servers with plesk fast. but i have noticed a problem that some servers share, after installing a purchased license, i get the following error now and then:

i have tried to retrieve keys but it helps temporarily. also i tried deleting the file: /etc/sw/keys/registry.xml but i still get the same result.

this is the panel log:

if you experience returning issues/errors/problems, even that you tried to solve your described issue, pls. consider to contact the official Plesk support at:


... if you purchased your license over Plesk. In all other cases, pls. contact your reseller, so that they are able to open a ticket for you. ;)
 
thank you for your reply, i always try to solve things myself before i talk with the support. is this not a good place to take advice?

thanks, i have opened a support ticket, i will try to update with the solution once i get it.
 
well things are solved!
what happened is that i was using trial key after the fresh install, and then when i bought the key from plesk and updated it there were still some trial keys in the "additional keys" section that were belong to the extensions that came with the trial. so in order to make things work i had to delete them.

about the cloning it appears that there is a full documentation from plesk:
