Issue Plesk - Mailserver : DKIM menu entry not found

Huppi588

New Pleskian
Hello,

i am running a Windows Server 2012 R2 with PLESK Onyx, v. 17.0.17 / 12.
I've set up the mail server, sending mails is working so far. I want to set up DKIM for my mailserver, because some mailing providers reject mails sent from my server. I wanted to follow the instructions described in the Plesk Onyx user manual, which tells me to check that checkbox for DKIM on my plesk-mailserver settings page.
But i do not have the according checkbox in my menu.
Did i forget to configure something or isn't it supported?

Thank you

Hello IgorG,

i have installed MailEnable 9.5.3 as described here: http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020040
In Windows, the correct Version Shows up - 9.5.3.
But in Plesk Control Panel, it still Shows Version 9.0.0 - i already stopped every MailEnable Service and rebooted the machine, but it's still saying 9.0.0 in Plesk. Maybe this is the reason, why i cannot configure DKIM in my Plesk Panel.
How to get Plesk to recognize the new Version?

Edit:
After several refreshing work, MailEnable 9.5.3 Shows up properly
But the menu entry for DKIM won't show

Go to Tools&Settings -> Server Components and click Refresh button. Check version after that.
