Hello

I need migrate Plesk Installation, Shared Hosting Accounts, Emails and all settings to another server due Datacenter Migration.

You can explain or indicate howto/doc best way for it?

Important: This migration cause all ip changes too.

You can perform this migration with Plesk Migration Manager or with backup/restore procedure. Read carefully corresponding Plesk Migration/Backup/Restore guides on Parallels site.
