Resolved [Plesk Migrator] cat /etc/redhat-release exit code: 127

New Pleskian
Hey
I have centos server installed with Directadmin and I want to import an account from it to my new plesk server.
I use "Plesk Migrator" to connect my server, but I got error:

=====
Failed to deploy Python on source server
Cause: Command execution failed on the source server 'directadmin' (XXXXXXX with non-zero exit code.
command: cat /etc/redhat-release
exit code: 127
stdout: ***hidden***
stderr: ***hidden***
That is a critical error, migration was stopped.
=====

but when I run the command on my centos server, its fine:
$ cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS release 6.9 (Final)

What could be wrong?
Thanks

Hello!
Could you please give me the output of command:
cat /etc/redhat-release; echo $?

Migration was started under root user?

➜ ~ cat /etc/redhat-release; echo $?
CentOS release 6.9 (Final)
0

Migration is added with "-" status, but when I enter the subpage, after a short progressbar animation, the error appears again.

And yes its as a root user.

+ I tried to remove migration add it it again (other temp directory), but it fails again and again with the same error

Hello kastin,

Could you also try this command via ssh:
ssh root@localhost 'cat /etc/redhat-release'
and provide us with the results.

ahh, I got
" cat : command not found"
I figured out I should add correct PATH when start as not bash user.

but now I have:

ssh root@XXXXXXX 'cat /etc/redhat-release'
root@XXXXXXX's password:
cat: /etc/redhat-release: No such file or directory

intresting error, but the migration starts to progress! I have only some broken repo errors.
seems I can solve it on my own now

thanks a lot for help!!
