Hi,
I am trying to migrate a plesk machine to another plesk machine.
Both are running the same version.

When migrating subscriptions of a reseller I get the following error:
subscription-status-warning.png
Plesk restore report problem:
Execution of /opt/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain_pref.php --update XXX.at -disk_space 5368709120B -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with return code 500.
Stderr is
An error occurred while updating domain settings: Cannot set limit 'disk_space' value to '5368709120': Unable to allocate the required amount of resources (5 GB Disk space). Only 0 MB Disk space are available.

However: I tried to reset the resellers limits and resync, but it is not working. The reseller is using 44/100GB.
Any idea on how to fix this?

I already disabled the option to count the backupspace used into the statistics in the serversettings and ran a recalculation of the statistics -> no help.

If the reseller account is created already on the new server go to the settings and give it an allocation that isn't 0 MB or remove the limits completely then try the migration again.
