Resolved plesk migrator stops in Preparing migration Step

hi
i want to use migrator extension to migrate my sites from a server with the plesk v12.0 to plesk onyx 17.0. when i click in prepare migration a loading window appears with title Preparing migration and it seems stop in this step.
is it normal?? i have only 20 subscribes in source server

Have you tried to troubleshoot this issue with help of investigation migration logs Log Files ?
Have you found something useful there? Something that will help to find a reason of this problem?

Hello!
Try to upload file https://autoinstall.plesk.com/panel-migrator/thirdparties/7zip.zip from target server manually and check downloaded zip file. Normally it contains 4 files: exe file, 2 extensions and license.

actually after 30 minutes in preparing migration process there isn't plesk_migrator in C:

I`ve just only tried to are there any problems with downloading 7zip So, as I understand, you downloaded 7zip without problems and archive contains all files that I described?

@Aidin Fateh I would suggest you hide real IP and passwords in your post just in case...

The reason of problem was in wrong credentials used for migration.
