  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk Nameserver Issue

Hello,

I added a client on Plesk, and once I chose the IP address from the drop down menu, it gave me the ns1.domainname.com and ns2.domainname.com. Once I recieved the IP for both of them, I went forward and bought the domainname from GODaddy and added namservers with the same IP Address.

Now that everything is setup and configured, whenever I try to access my site I do not get anything.

here is the site : http://i-ub.net

Any sort of help will be highly appreciated.

It looks as though your DNS is setup correctly. It looks more to be an issue with your website. Also it still says you are running Plesk 8.1 and not 9.0. First if you look at https://www.i-ub.net/ you will see that it pulls up the default domain page. I would assume you don't have the button checked that combines the https folder with the http folder. So you are presenting websites fine. Are you running V-bulletin it looks like perhaps?
It should be e-mailing you a more descriptive error. Perhaps you could post the error.

how did you manage to get to the vbulletin man?

I am not able to reach there whenever I open http://i-ub.net or https://i-ub.net it shows me

Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

i don't know what I should do to fix it. Any help from you is highly appreciated.

Sorry. Was out at clients all day. It looks like you got it fixed. One thing you might want to do in your control panel is have the SSL use a single directory or turn SSL off if you aren't using it.
