can someone please advise or help me ppplllease :(

Hi,

This can happen if you are running Plesk on a Virtuozzo container and have reached limit for a resource.
Try recommendations from the following article:
http://kb.odin.com/en/912

If this does not help post here what appears in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log and /var/log/messages when you get this error.

hiya, erm can you tell me how i find my real VE ID ?

You can use the command
cat /proc/user_beancounters

it in this text file it will show ve id.

i have tried what you said at the comnmand line and it says no such file or directory

Can you post here output of the following commands:

df -h
rpm -V psa

and attach logs from /var/log/sw-cp-server/

df -h

you have physical server, not virtual machine.

what about logs from /var/log/sw-cp-server?
