  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Plesk not allowing login from one particular IP

I'll keep this very brief..

When I log in from one office (on a particular ISP, and a draytek router), I can get to tge logon screen in my web browserm but when I log in, it just kicks me straight out and returns me to the logon screen.

When I log in from another office (a different ISP and a Cisco ASA router), I can log in successfully.

I must point out that this is a recent problem, and I used to be able to log in without any problems. I used to get a problem where I would be kicked out inexplicibly, but that was on Plesk 7, not 8.

From office 1, I can no longer SSH into the server either. I have check the firewall module config (which has not changed), as well as my Cisco firewall that the Plesk server connects to. No problems there.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a log file I might look at to see why my logon's fail?

Thanks in advance.
