Plesk Not Loading

On one of my servers Plesk will not load at all. When I go to localhost:8443 I get a standard browser pop-up asking for a login and password, not the Plesk screen.

When I run Check & Repair from the Reconfigurator I get an error that says..

"Unable to execute C:\Program Files....\admin\bin\sebsrvmng.exe" configure-plesk-website: class not registered (COM Error 80040154) at execute console command --configure-plesk-website"

Any suggestions?

Did you check system with antivirus?

Yes...I've run AntiVirus on it.

It's on a GoDaddy VPS.
